I am Areeba. Though I stay in Noida, I clicked this pic during a visit to Moradabad (UP). I happened to visit a family associated with Moradabad's brass industry. This video was shot right in front of their house. Mosquitoes were breeding in the accumulated water. It was filthy. I was told that often people fall ill in this area. Despite numerous complaints to the authorities, nothing happens. Once in a while, people pool in money and get the area cleaned.
